An Introduction to the Gym

Monday Evenings 6:30-7:15 pm

A 6 week, course designed for those who have never been in the gym environment, or would like to branch out from the running machine.

Each week we will use different part of the gym for circuit classes to give you a good basis of a gym programme.

£25:00 FOR 6 WEEKS

A 6 week programme focusing on core strength. Core strength is essential in every move we make.

This course is just as ideal for people who are improving their sport, to improving good posture and less strain on the back.

Circuit Training

Tuesday 6:30 till 7:15 am

A 6 week programme of early morning circuits training. Beginners welcome.

Open Gym

Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7:15 to 8:15 am

Book your slot to use the gym for your own morning workout.

Cost £3:00 a session or block book 6 weeks for £15.

HIIT Classes

Pregnancy and Post Natal Fitness Club

6 week programme of strengthening and conditioning training for ladies who are pregnant or post natal (6 weeks - 9 months).

Focusing on helping those areas of the body impacted by pregnancy and birth.
